The 10th annual Sandooqe'd Santa celebration has brought joy to Bashiqa, Nineveh! Shlama from the town known as "Little Iraq” where in collaboration with the Syriac Orthodox Church, we gathered 400 children for a day of excitement, filled with Santa's gifts. Many of these kids were born during their parents' displacement due to the ISIS invasion, and today, their families are rebuilding their lives in their hometown. This heartwarming day was made possible by the 2022 CASA Christmas fundraiser and our generous Gabbare members.
